How can I make edits to my subscription?
Log in to your account and click on the Manage Subscription option.

From here you can:

  • pause your subscription
  • change the number of packs you want each month
  • swap to another subscription
  • update your account information such as your shipping address and credit card details
  • cancel your subscription.

When are subscriptions posted?
Postix ships subscriptions around the 4th of every month. 

When will I be billed each month for my subscriptions?
Subscriptions are billed on the 15th of every month.

How do I reactive my subscription?
You can reactivate your subscription by logging into your account. Once logged in, select Edit under the Your Subscription(s) section. You can contact us for assistance. 

Can I change my password?
If you forget your password you can reset it on this page. Else you can contact us for assistance. 

Where is Postix located?
We're located in beautiful Sydney, Australia.

Where do you post to?
We post our subscriptions to anywhere in world. Australian subscribers can enjoy free postage.

Can I return something I bought from the shop?
Yes you can. Please send any returns to:
